Metanoia is a 3D psychological horror game for Windows and Mac, set in a medieval European-inspired world influenced by the architecture of Rocca Costanza. The game uniquely combines mental health themes with personal stories from the developers' families, creating an immersive, unsettling experience.
In Metanoia, you embody "the Child," navigating a mental institution in search of your mother. You’ll face eerie environments, confront the consequences of your actions, and interpret various mental health symptoms as you seek reunion.
Metanoia earned Most Innovative Game from PlayStation Iberia, standing out for its approach to mental health themes. Among 10,000 entries, it ranked in the top 10, underscoring its impact and originality.
